Salutations, my name is Ginger. 

Do you feel lost, controlled by your thoughts, and feel like you just wish someone understood what you are going through?

I work with individuals to understand how to stop letting the thoughts control them so that they control their thoughts. My key saying is "Change your thoughts, Change your reality."   We will work together for you to understand and take charge of your life again. Therapy can be scary but it shouldn't be, it should be a safe space for you to share and process through life's ups and downs.  Therapy is not a one size fits all it has to be tailored to the individual and together we will do this. I am merely a guide on your journey to assist you to be all that you want to be.
